Architect Giuliano Coltrinari was born on the 18^th November 1961 in the historic market town of Amandola, in the Province of Fermo. Surrounded by such a rich architectural heritage he committed himself at a young age to the study of design and architecture before commencing his formal education to become an architect.

He first study at the Institute Galileo Galilei of Fermo where he achieved his diploma of Geometra/Surveyor before graduating as an architect at the University Gabriele D’Annunzio of Chieti part of the Pescara faculty of Architecture in 1991

Since 1991 he has been registered at the board of Architects of the Province of Ascoli Piceno no. 289 and thereafter in the Province of Fermo no. 082A .

In addition he has all the necessary permits to direct building works including health and safty requirements under D.Leg.vo 494/96 and 81/2008.

Competent technetium in Acoustics Environmental Law 447/1995 (Decree of the Marche Region, Director of PF protection of environmental resources No 374/TRA_08 of 24/10/2008).
